Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before commissioning as this is to ensure both parties are safe and comfortable during work on a project.1. USE AND OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORKAs the artist any illustrations, images, graphics and digital assets created and delivered to a client I will still own the rights to unless discussed otherwise before the beginning of the project takes place. The commissioner can use the artwork for any other purposes but commercial use unless it was agreed on between the client and illustrator, and absolutely cannot be used for any AI generation. Credits along with the display of the illustration in any form are very much appreciated, but are not mandatory.2. PROJECT CONDITIONSI have the right to not accept any commission due to content, scheduling, or any other circumstances out of my control.The amount of time it will take to complete the artwork will vary depending on what has been commissioned. The amount of time it will take for it to be completed will be discussed beforehand and outlined to the client. If the artwork is needed before a specific date please specify this during our discussion.When commissioning the client must provide a written description or any references of what they would like drawn along with the file type, image size and if they would like it to be in RGB or CYMK.Throughout the process of the project's production the commissioner will also receive process work such as sketches, concept art, etcetera, which they can use on their own discretion as long as they are abiding to the conditions outlined under USE AND OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK.3. PAYMENTPayment will be taken through Paypal and all prices are in USD.An invoice will be sent to the client through Paypal after the discussion over the project and will be required to pay half of this invoice before work on the project begins and the other half after it is completed. The price agreed on for the artwork cannot be changed during the production of the artwork.Additional fees will apply if the client asks for things to be added or changed for the third time. If the project is cancelled during mid-production of the artwork there will be no refund for the first half of the payment due to time still being spent on the project. The client will be given a maximum of 30 days to pay for these invoices. A service charge fee of 2% will be applied every five days after this pay period, unless a payment plan was discussed before hand due to financial constraints, which therefore the charge fee and 30 day limit may not apply.If there are any questions or concerns regarding these terms and conditions please contact me through email at comic-mischief@outlook.com or through one of my social media channels.

All prices are in USD, please check the conversion rates for your area before asking for a commission, or if you need aid for figuring out the prices for your area please send me a message!There is a 50% discount for each character added, if you would like more than one character it will be the original price plus 50% of that price added.(EX. Two full-body character flat-colours with a simple background would be $15.00.
